Our sparkly term level courses will provide you a welcoming instructor who will gently guide you first at Beginner level from absolute scratch with no experience what so ever – you don’t even need to be able to support your own weight.. we expect you won’t be able to! Continue at a level you are comfortable with term to term or choose to move up levels as you build strength, coordination, confidence, self esteem, skills, fitness and flexibility. From Beginner to the most Advanced we have levels to suit your ability throughout your pole life.

We offer two terms of content at each level alternating terms between ‘Spinning pole term’ and ‘Static pole term’ with fun themes each term and an equally as fun level specific pole dance routine combining what you have learnt each week to put into practice.

Performance opportunities! Completely optional for those that want to perform only. We have 3 x in-house student showcases throughout the year where you can perform with your fellow level course members the routine taught to you and we also have 2 x in-house student competitions if you want to perform solo performances in super friendly supportive encouraging comps! We also have a studio performance troop you can join ‘Diamonds of Polesque’ , just let us know your interest and we will tell you how to join.
