Caitlyn aka Amity ThrillsPole Dance Instructor
Amity has been pole dancing for about 4 years now, she has never had any dance or gymnastics training previously, so if she looks graceful it’s because she’s put the hours in to make her body move that way. She is proof that you don’t have to already be fit to be a pole dancer.
Amity has a bunch of titles in the 2 years she has been performing, so she must be doing something right. She loves instructing and watching her students grow and achieve things they didn’t believe they were capable of.

I just love watching students’ confidence and self esteem soar while learning together in a supportive environment!

SarahPole Dance Instructor
Sarah first started pole dancing at Diamond Class Pole & Fitness Studio nearly three years ago and hasn’t looked back since. It is safe to say she was hooked from day one. After climbing up through the levels, she then joined the team as an instructor herself.
Sarah began teaching her own classes at the Studio in January 2015 and at the same time joined the Studio’s performance troupe The Diamonds of Polesque.
Sarah is always involved in the many Studio events and competitions and was Stage Manager at the Miss Pole Dance Tasmania 2015 (state leg of National Competition).

Pole is Sarah’s personal pick me up, the favourite part of her day. Sarah loves that it challenges her, both mentally and physically but also offers and outlet for creativity. Through pole dancing she has gained all over body strength, fitness and flexibility and continue to do so. Pole has not only bought an added and ongoing element of happiness to her life but a deeper sense of self-confidence too.
